Vehicle Industry to find India-IU FTA

 

Union Minister for Commerce and Industries, Piush Goyal, on Friday, expressed confidence that the proposed FTA was beneficial to the vehicle industry.Speaking at the Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA), Goyal said, “I am sure that the auto industry will get a very attractive, exciting and good arrangement for every business to grow, encourage cooperation, innovation and research with partners in Europe and other parts of the world …”

He emphasized that both countries are working with honesty and commitment to finalize the consensus and balanced FTA on both countries on both sides. He mentioned that the agreement would open the possibility and opportunity for trade, investment, technology transfer and deep financial investment.

There are several ministers in India to negotiate with European Union Trade Commissioner Maros Safovik to deal with the European Union and India’s shared prosperity.

On Friday, Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri, led by President Delfin Procal, held a meeting of the European Union Political and Security Committee (PSC) delegation.


For the auto component area, Goel said the provisions of the provisions that are attractive and potentially perfect under the Indo-IU partnership will be found. Underlineing competitiveness of India’s design, development and R&D India, the Commerce Minister said that India is becoming a growing center for global automotive companies with skilled human resources.

He further said that such a partnership could reduce the cost of reducing the cost, increase productivity, create employment for Indian youth and the leading center for the production of high-quality automotive components.

At a recent meeting, India emphasizes that trade negotiations need to focus on the barriers (NTB) with non -tariffs (NTB) with rates for meaningful progress. It is also mentioned that the regulatory framework must be consensus, standardized and prevents trade.

Goyal noted that this consensus financial partnership would benefit India’s technology and innovation, while the European Union will benefit from the story, scale and flexibility of India’s growth.

European trade chiefs, Safovic and Christopharya Hansen, are on a tour of India and the FTA to negotiate the FTA between India and the European Union during September 1-3-13.

September September, posted by the European Union Embassy in India, “On September 1-3-13, IU Trade Commissioner Maros Safovic and Agriculture and Food Commissioner Christophe Hansen will contact Piyush Goyal, the main stakeholder of the Stock and Power Up India-EU business relations.”

Once all parties have completed their approval process, the India-European Union Free Trade Association (EFTA) is expected to implement the trade and financial partnership agreement (TEPA) later this year.

Meanwhile, India is in the discussion for India-Australia Communications Economic Co-operation (CECA), India-SRI Lanka Economic and Technology Cooperation Agreement, Indo-Puru FTA, India-Chilli CEPA, India-new Zend FTA and many other agreements with bilateral trade agreements.
